Disruption after two crashes on B5069 near Oswestry
Two crashes in the space of 24 hours caused disruption on the same stretch of road near Oswestry.
On Thursday afternoon at around 2pm, emergency services were called to the B5069 near Morda.
Two ambulances were sent to the scene, with one man being treated for multiple injuries. He was taken to hospital but his injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
A man and a woman in the other vehicle were also treated, but were discharged at the scene.
The road was closed while the scene is cleared.
Then at around lunchtime today, the same stretch of road was impacted following a crash at Llynclys cross roads.
Police and ambulance were sent to the scene, with people crossing the border to get to the coast being hit with major tailbacks.
