Scores of railway cancellations across Shropshire and Wales as 'more trains than usual need repairs'
Shropshire and Wales were hit by more than 70 train cancellations on Friday.
Transport for Wales says there are more trains than usual needing repairs at the same time.
Services between Shrewsbury and Aberystwyth have been cancelled throughout Friday.
Delays have also been reported at Chester, where a train has broken down and lines are blocked.
Transport for Wales has reminded travellers to check before they start their journey across much of its network in Wales.
