Win you dream wedding with Shropshire Star competition
The Shropshire Star is giving one lucky couple the chance to win their dream wedding worth more than £14,000.
We have teamed up with Hawkstone Park Hotel - one of Shropshire's most sought-after wedding venues - and an array of suppliers to provide everything you need for your special day without the hefty price tag.
From the venue, food and flowers to the dress, cake and rings - it's all covered for you in this exciting prize.
Hawkstone Park is nestled in the heart of the stunning Shropshire countryside in 400 acres of beautiful scenery and English Heritage Grade I listed landscape, including the famous tourist attraction – The Follies.
It offers your wedding party a stunning location with countless photo opportunities for you and your guests to enjoy a day you will remember for the rest of your lives.
How to enter
Entry opens on Monday, September 2, 2019 and will close on Saturday, September 21 2019.

Enter your email address and we'll notify you when entries open.
Couples will be required to upload an up to date photograph online and fill out the details on the form provided.
All couples who enter and comply with the terms and conditions will feature in a special couple’s supplement in the Shropshire Star on; Wednesday, October 9, 2019.
This will also signal the start of the voting token collection period with readers will be given the chance to choose their favourite couple.
Voting tokens will be printed in paper each day Wednesday, October 9, 2019 until Saturday, November 2, 2019.
Closing date for all votes is 5pm Friday, November 8th 2019. Any votes received after this date will not be counted.
Finals Evening
The top five couples who submit the highest amount of voting tokens from the in-paper voting period, will be invited to attend a special finals evening at Hawkstone Park Hotel on Thursday, November 28, 2019. Couples must be available to attend this evening as this date cannot be changed.
During this event a series of light-hearted, wedding-themed activities will be held for the couples to participate in, from which each couple will be judged and scored – the special couple with the highest score after everyone has completed the activities will then be crowned the winner of the Shropshire Star Win Your Dream Wedding – 2019.
