The Duchess of Sussex stepped out in a sleek and stylish olive green Ralph Lauren dress and Stephen Jones hat for Prince Louis’ christening.

Meghan’s ensemble featured a boatneck neckline as did her Givenchy wedding gown.

It was Meghan’s first time at a royal baptism, and she arrived holding the hand of her new husband the Duke of Sussex, and giggled as she chatted to the Archbishop of Canterbury, who married the pair in May.

Harper’s Bazaar fashion magazine noted that it was the second time Meghan, who is known for her neutral wardrobe of blush pink, off white and beige, has worn colour in the past week.

It described the boatneck as one of her “signature silhouettes”.

The Duchess of Cambridge, in an ivory McQueen outfit and Jane Taylor hat, went for her trademark christening co-ordination, where she complements the colour of the royal christening robe with her own outfit.

Followers of Kate’s fashion What Would Kate Do @WWKD_Official described the duchess’s choice as “absolutely stunning”.

Kate’s pregnant sister Pippa Matthews also co-ordinated her outfit, wearing a pale pastel blue, while her mother Carole Middleton was also in a pastel shade, a pale green.

Pippa’s small bump could be seen under her demure high necked dress which featured a pointed collar.
