Broadcasters have a duty to report fairly

Andrea Leadsom is absolutely right when she says that broadcasters in this country should be more patriotic in their Brexit coverage.

I’m fed up of hearing of a hard Brexit. No-one has ever escaped from the EU before so what is a hard Brexit? Scaremongering that’s all. The broadcasters have a duty to report fairly and show some patriotism.

The coverage leading up to and after the referendum by the Biased Broadcasting Company has been an embarrassment to an old fashioned left wing lovie broadcaster that has surely overstepped the mark on the fairness of reporting.

Once we have successfully extricated ourselves for this corrupt union perhaps the BBC could apply for further funding from the EU to cover the cost of the television licence which it no longer deserves.

Tim Farron claims her comments are sinister threat to the free press. Bit rich coming from a man who denied the result of a democratic referendum. Laura Kuenssberg, who really should know better, bitter and gleeful coverage before and after the general election of Theresa May just highlights the low that the BBC has dropped to, at least Nick Robinson showed a bit of neutrality.

Theresa May and David Davies are absolutely correct in not wanting to reveal any negotiating chips before they start any dealings with the EU. It highlights how desperate the EU is that all discussions are quickly put into the public domain by those desperate to keep the United Kingdom in their little corrupt club.

I believe in this great country and I firmly believe we will be better off away from this one-way union. We have produced some of the world’s finest inventions and we can flourish once again without constraint.

Brexit means Brexit.
