Brexit go-it-alone makes no sense
Mr Wydell, please desist from saying what WE want in your letters. Some of US don’t want what you want.
I am one of the older generation who voted to stay and recognise the downside of leaving the EU.
Have you not noticed the fall in the pound, rising food prices and the general confusions that exists? And that is just the tip of the iceberg.
Nobody knows the eventual outcome of Brexit, but so far it’s not looking too good.
Also you accuse remainers of being greedy whingers.
Really Mr Wydell there are numerous well-informed people who wished to remain, in fact virtually half the electorate wanted to stay.
We enjoy the freedom of 27 countries and after Brexit we will only have the freedom of one country, and we’ve got that anyway.
So where’s the sense in that?
