Parking charges are disgraceful

I attend regularly for physiotherapy. On Monday last week I arrived at 11.15am.

I was called into my appointment more or less on time.

I clocked out on the machine at 11.39am. So I was parked for 24 minutes.

I was charged £3! The first 20 minutes is free so I paid £3 for four minutes. This cannot be right.
