Billions wasted on the EU can now be used to fix our country
It is becoming increasingly obvious too many people who voted to remain must live in splendid and comfortable isolation.
They refuse to see all the damaging effects and all the detrimental things that have befallen the UK.
I am referring to things like graffiti, vandalism, litter, fly tipping, chewing gum on pavements, anti-social behaviour and criminality.
None of them, it would seem, can drive because they make no reference to the appalling state of so many of our roads.
I do not like to say it but perhaps they just do not care about the state of their United Kingdom.
All these issues can be addressed with the conviction and commitment of our Government to use the billions of pounds currently wasted by the EU, which has been taken from the UK economy.
There are even those that comment about losing the money from Europe when we have left, completely ignoring the fact no money comes back from the EU that has not already left the United Kingdom.
It does concern me as to the level to which this country has deteriorated whilst a member of the European Union.
The EU has no consideration for our problems but just needs our billions of pounds.
To stand by and see so much neglect of our wonderful country is frankly appalling.
Something that does have me puzzled is where were all those “people” on June 23, 2016?
I had my people’s vote back then so why are they calling now for a people’s vote, when we have already had it?
The other point I wish to make is perhaps those who voted to remain are not hearing what has been said by the leavers. They can only hear that which emanates from the EU.
Just as an aside, if they did go out and went to a football match where their team lost 1-0, would they then demand the match be replayed because they did not like the result? Same scenario as the referendum.
