ACCURATE VIEW INTO FUTURE
I am so sorry for the likes of the USA, India, Russia, China etc. These are countries that do not have politicians with the ability to see that bright future laid out before an expectant nation at COP29 by Starmer. In fact they where so short sighted in this, they didn't bother to attend the conference in Baku, Azerbaijan. Very sad.
Meanwhile, Big K has set out an ambitious climate target for 2035 - leading to praise for Britain as a leader at this COP29.
The aim is to reduce emissions to 81 per cent below 1990 levels by midway through the next decade - a target that essentially accepts the recommendations of the climate change committee.
The genius of Keir is evident in the accuracy of the figure quoted, Some might have given a range of say 70 per cent to 90 per cent but I guess using the those same brilliant civil servants and the programme that gave us fully "costed, fully funded". Keir can specify with incredible accuracy what disaster he has in store for us all.
