MY THANKS TO HOSPITAL STAFF

With all the bad news that we continually hear regarding the NHS, it is great to able to report some good news, I recently visited the Oswestry Orthopaedic Hospital to visit a patient friend of mine.

As soon as I entered the hospital, I was instantly struck by a feeling of care and competence, illustrated by the brightness and cleanliness of the corridor that I had entered, to me it indicated not only care, but professional care, that same feeling continued as I made my way to my friend’s ward.

The staff that I met on my way were all very pleasant and helpful, and my friend was more than happy with the care he was receiving, there also appeared to be an excellent relationship between him, the nurses and all the staff caring for him.

On my way out I met two lady members of staff, and I told them just how impressed I was with all that I had witnessed, they promised to pass on my comments to higher authority, but I am taking this opportunity to tell of my experience to a wider audience, also to thank and support the hospital and its staff for all the wonderful work they accomplish.
