Paul Simpson watched a dream start to his new job evaporate as Shrewsbury Town threw away a 1-0 lead with just nine minutes remaining.

Dave Hibbert had put Shrewsbury ahead on 64 minutes against a Macclesfield side which hadn't won at home since November.

Macclesfield's goals came from Jamie Tolley and Francis Green.
