The 134th show featured an array of livestock and activities for all the family.
Show chairman Phil Tudor said the crowd and the livestock and horticultural entries were up on previous years.
He said a string of attractions wowed visitors, including Titan the Robot, a tug-o-war, vintage machinery display and donkey rides.
Shropshire Young Farmers raised a smile when their Mowing Arrows display team took to the showground to showcase their lawn mowing skills.
Mr Tudor said: "It was an excellent day and was a huge success. Obviously the weather was with us and brought the crowds into the show and the attendance was one of the best we have had for quite some time.
"We had Titan the Robot entertaining the parents and children alike and the Pony Club Mounted Games in the main ring and the Young Farmers were doing It's a Knockout and a Mowing Arrows demonstration using self-propelled lawn mowers."
Mr Tudor said he had been delighted with the atmosphere at the show.
"It was a great family day out and a very good atmosphere." he said. "I think that is part and parcel of Minsterley Show and a lot of people said to me during the day that Minsterley always gua- rantees a good atmosphere."
A free shuttle bus was laid on by Minsterley Motors to connect Pontesbury, Minsterley, Hanwood and the showground.
Mr Tudor said there were excellent numbers of entries in the animal classes including horses, dairy and beef cattle, sheep, goats and poultry. The event also included a parade of vintage tractors and classic cars and a grand parade of livestock.
Mr Tudor said he wanted to thank all those who competed in the event and as well as the show sponsors, trade stand exhibitors and the general public.
