Owners of Sidoli & Sons were fined £9,000 after admitting three food hygiene offences in court today. They were also ordered to pay £3,027 in costs. Health inspectors visited the kitchen at the Sidoli-owned La Fontana restaurant in Telford Shopping Centre on December 3 last year, where they found a dirty and greasy kitchen. This picture shows how one of the gateways to Shrewsbury could be transformed under plans to regenerate the northern part of the town. The railway underpass in Castle Foregate is set to get a radical makeover as council officers look to make the entrance to the town more attractive. It could see digital images being projected on to the walls, which are considered at present to be dirty and unsightly.
