But Edwina Hart, Welsh Assembly health minister, said today amendments will be made to the free prescriptions legislation so that Welsh patients treated in England can reclaim the cost of their prescriptions. The 53-year-old fiddled travel expenses, salary payments and overtime payments from Wem and Prees Medical Centre over a two-year period, Shrewsbury Crown Court was told today.
