Gang ringleader John Sutton led the two month spree that took in his home town of Walsall, as well as Stourbridge, Bromsgrove, Longbridge, Solihull and Bartley Green. The 36-year-old, of Mountbatten Road, Walsall, got away with £15,000 from 11 shops between November 2006 and January. He recruited brother-in-law, Robert Vine, 19, of King George Close, and Ian Poole, 40, of Austin Road, both Bromsgrove. Read the full story in today's Express & Star.
