New air quality testing equipment has been installed in Bishops's Castle to monitor emissions from the town's controversial £5 million biomass plant, it has been revealed. Shropshire Council has confirmed it has agreed to request from Bishop's Castle Town Council to use high-tech testing gear to ensure gases from the plant, due to be built at Bishop's Castle Business Park, are not polluting the air.
