The year 11 pupils at Bishop's Castle Community College went on a drug education programme after being found in possession of the powder by then headmaster Terry Hunt and members of the school's senior leadership team. Parents have been informed of the incident in the school's newsletter The Messenger and staff at the school have reiterated their zero tolerance to any use of tobacco, alcohol or illegal substances on school premises.
