Merchandise features phrases from the series and festive t-shirts and sweatshirts.
BBC Studios has released its first-ever range of Gavin And Stacey merchandise ahead of the series’ final episode on Christmas Day.
Designed in collaboration with the show’s creators Ruth Jones and James Corden, the range includes t-shirts and sweatshirts featuring phrases from the series such as: “o’ what’s occurring?”, Neil “Smithy” Smith’s curry order, and: “hands off my bhunas”.
There are also a number of festive items featuring the show’s characters, with other phrases featuring on items of clothing including: “tidy”, “back off” and: “I know what happened on the fishing trip”.
Andrew Carley, director of consumer products at BBC Studios, said: “We are delighted to be launching the official Gavin And Stacey merchandise range for fans to enjoy the show’s most iconic memorable moments.
“The collection captures exactly what makes Gavin And Stacey so well loved and has something there for everyone this Christmas and beyond.”
The hit TV series aired between 2007 and 2010 and returned in 2019 with a one-off festive special that ended on a cliffhanger when Vanessa “Nessa” Jenkins, played by Jones, proposed to Corden’s character Neil “Smithy” Smith.
Its final episode, Gavin And Stacey: The Finale, will air at 9pm on Christmas Day on BBC One and iPlayer.
A documentary about the series, Gavin And Stacey: A Fond Farewell, will be shown at 7pm on New Year’s Day on BBC One and iPlayer.
The merchandise collection can be purchased from BBC Studios licensing partner Teemill on its dedicated website.
