Wolves will release details of early bird season ticket prices next week with the future ownership of the club still uncertain.

But, despite continuing speculation over possible new owners, Moxey insists the Wolves board will continue to back their manager - with or without new investment.

"We are already trying to build plans for the summer.

"Mick and I have talked long and hard about it and we believe we are putting the building blocks in place which will help the club have a very promising future.

"We still have an owner who is very committed to Wolves and unless anything significant changes we will continue to run the football club and plan for next season.

"We haven't finalised the transfer budget for next year, but we have a good idea of it already. Of course a lot will depend on whether we are in the Premiership or not, but we do have a plan ready to put in place."

Although no announcement on a takeover is imminent, the smart money is on significant movement on the ownership issue in the summer.

The club are in negotiations with at least one interested party and have appointed blue chip investment firm Rothschild to oversee any potential bids.

But Moxey insists the club will plan for every eventuality.

"We have to run the business as if nothing is happening or is going to happen. You can't plan on the hope that certain things might happen over the summer," he said.

"We are putting the building blocks in place for a bright future at Wolves and we will continue to do that."
