Captain Nigel Chesters has taken the wraps off his selection plans for the most important match in the history of Shropshire & Herefordshire golf.

Chesters has elected to hand two seasonal debuts for Sunday's winner-takes-all Midlands League showdown with Nottinghamshire at Shifnal.

Home course specialist Kevin Baker - brother of European Tour professional Peter - has been called up after winning booth of his second team matches against Staffordshire at Church Stretton.

And Ludlow's Welsh international Oliver Farr has also been called up after being unavailable for the previous four matches.

That has spelt disappointment for Patshull's Tim Roberts and Bridgnorth's Kris Williams - who will be the two reserves on Sunday.
