Club bosses gave Parry his marching orders after a string of games that were marred by disciplinary problems on and off the ice.
David Fielder was temporarily drafted in as coach for last night's game against Coventry Blaze - which Telford won 6-3.
Telford Titans general manager Jen Roden, said: "The team has been very unsettled and not right so we thought for sake of team, we needed to make a change.
"We have released Jason from the coaching role and have appointed David Fielder. We will review the situation in six weeks."
Parry, who steered the team to the ENL 2 title last season, also claims the decision to sack him was opposed by players at a team meeting last week.
He said: "If the players, didn't want me, then I could accept that and walk away, but I knew that wasn't true and that showed in a meeting they had last Thursday.
He added: "The players have backed me all the way - they confronted the committee and told them they still wanted me as coach."
