Versatile wide man Harrison has already agreed a deal with the Bucks and should put pen to paper on a one-year contract tomorrow evening.
Hoddle's Spanish academy which was set up to give young players rejected by professional clubs a second chance will have a sell-on clause in the agreement.
Harrison, 25, ended last season playing for Galicia Somozas in the fourth tier of Spanish football, having turned out in the UniBond League for FC Halifax Town earlier in the campaign.
He was spotted by Hoddle playing for Leeds Carnegie, the representative side of Leeds Metropolitan University. "I've seen him play a few times and he excites me," said Sinton.
"He comes highly recommended from people like Glenn and Graham Rix (the former Arsenal coach).
Career
"They wouldn't keep pushing someone our way if he couldn't play.
"They've done a good job of promoting me and Telford he wants to get his career going in England and this seems to be the only place he wants to be.
"He plays three or four positions left-back if need be, left midfield, right midfield, up front. He's quick and I'm looking forward to working with him."
Meechan, 30, has been training with the Bucks for the past week.
He carved out his reputation as a non-League goal-getter during three spells at Forest Green Rovers, and has also played for Bristol City, Chester and York City. More recently, he turned out for Stalybridge Celtic and Droylsden.
"He's been around at our level and scored goals against us in the past," said Sinton. "He looks very, very sharp."
