"I want to keep Danny, but he wants a little bit more (money) at the minute," said Sinton. "He won't get it, it's as simple as that, so the ball's in Danny's court.
Waste
"What we've offered is fair bearing in mind that he only played about four games last year and bearing in mind what we've done with some of the other boys.
"I told him on Saturday that I want to know quite quickly otherwise I'll move on.
"He's not involved until he makes his decision because I'm not going to waste game time on boys that might not be here in 10 days.
"It sounds a little bit harsh but that's the way it has to be."
Meanwhile, coach John Pasaras today confirmed that deals were on the table for five others — though one or two could then be farmed out to other clubs on a dual registration basis in order to gain experience.
Right-back Naylor could be in line for a third spell at the Bucks Head, while young midfielders Davies, from Walsall, Richards, from Shrewsbury, and Clarke, from Norwich, have all impressed the management.
On left winger Evans, Sinton added:"I think we've seen flashes of what he can do."
