The 19-year-old has been a revelation since joining from Derby County, with three goals to his name already - including one in yesterday's 4-1 thrashing of Nuneaton Town.
That initial one-month deal was due to expire after Saturday's home clash with Blyth Spartans, but Sinton has now reached an agreement to hold on to the young Ram until the New Year.
"Two weeks into my reign here I identified that we didn't really have anyone who I felt could go past someone," said Sinton.
"Being a winger myself I know what someone like that can give a side.
"Greg gives a little bit of excitement and he chips in with goals so we're delighted to have him here until January - and my aim would be to keep him for the rest of the season if we can.
"I can't thank Derby enough for letting him stay, and it's on the same financial basis as we've had him up to now.
"Credit to Greg too, because he's gone back to a Championship club and said he loves it here - he told them it's professional and he has no problem staying."
Meanwhile, forward James Lawrie will miss Saturday's Blue Square Bet North clash with Blyth because he has been called up to the Northern Ireland under-21s squad.
Lawrie, 19, already has two senior caps and could feature in the UEFA European Under-21 Championship Group 5 qualifiers at home to San Marino on Friday and away to Germany a week tonight.
The former Port Vale youngster featured as a substitute yesterday, with midfielder Phil Trainer scoring twice and Andy Brown also netting to join Mills on three for the season.
"I was absolutely over the moon with the performance," added Sinton.
"We scored four goals and there could have been a couple more.
"I'm absolutely bursting with pride at what my boys have given me, and long may it continue."
