Right-back Bignot, 32, and left-back Harris, 30, featured for Telford last season under former boss Rob Edwards.

But the duo will not be part of new manager Gavin Cowan's plans.

Cowan said: "Both players brought much needed experience in last year and as a club we can’t thank them enough for their work on the pitch but off it as well with them working well with some of our younger players.

"Everyone at AFC Telford United would like to wish both Paul and Bob all the very best in the future.

"Discussions between several of our current players and management are still ongoing."

Cowan is shaping his squad for the 2018/19 campaign and Telford have already made two signings, with skipper Shane Sutton and Ross White being given one-year deals.

He was named Telford's manager on Friday alongside Phil Trainer as his assistant.
