Salford v Shrewsbury Town - Ollie Westbury's predicted XI

Salop head coach has a job on his hands to pick a team for the trip to Salford. 

Town are looking to get back to winning ways after a run which has seen them lose their last three consecutive League One matches. 

The FA Cup offers a welcome distraction from their dismal league form - but what team will Paul Hurst pick?

Toby Savin

The Town number one has been a mainstay so far this campaign, and he will keep his spot here. 

Morgan Feeney

It has been a difficult season for Town's defenders this year with Salop conceding 25 goals in the league. The former Carlisle man has done OK despite their leaky defence. 

Toto Nsiala 

He has not had an easy start to the campaign since he rejoined Shrewsbury in the summer. But with Aaron Pierre injured it looked like the defender could get the call up. 

Josh Feeney 

Came out of the team against Barnsley, but with Town having limited options at the back, he will play here. 

Alex Gilliead 

He seems to be Paul Hurst's preferred choice at right wing-back so you would expect him to play at Salford. 

George Nurse 

Has been back in the team of late and offers Town some quality on the left side. 

Funso Ojo

Videos emerged of the Port Vale loanee training with his parent club this week, but it turned out that was old footage. You would expect him to start here.

Carl Winchester 

He has not played recently, but Town's results have been below par. Now could be the right time to bring him back in.

Leo Castledine 

Another player to miss out last time out. He should come back in too. 

George Lloyd

Works hard up front and has become one of the first names on the team sheet.

Tom Bloxham

He was one of Town's biggest threats last weekend against Barnsley. Feels like it would be harsh to leave him out now.
