Both sides have received a penalty due to the incident in the 68th minute of the game at the Croud Meadow, after Taylor Perry's late challenge on Blues counterpart Scott Wright.
The Blues man, who scored two goals in the game, reacted angrily to a late challenge from Perry.
The tackle led to pushing and shoving from both sets of players. It was alleged by the FA that both clubs failed to ensure their players didn’t behave in an improper and/or provocative way around the incident.
Blues, who are the current League One league leaders, have been fined £7,500.
Both sides admitted to the charge and will face off again in Shropshire at the end of this month when they meet in league action.
