Salop and the Tangerines played out a 1-1 draw by the seaside in windy conditions.

Tom Bloxham's goal 10 minutes from time ruled out Rob Apter's sublime strike on the hour mark - and Shrews went home with a share of the spoils, keeping their unbeaten run going as they head to Leyton Orient.

And the Seasiders boss said: "Deeply frustrating for everyone concerned, especially considering how well we played at St Andrews.

"To be fair to them, they have come and set up with five at the back, and four in front of them and did not move - they defended deep so it was a difficult afternoon to break them down.

"Once we made the breakthrough though, we did not do enough.

"They did it very well, I have to say. They have picked up two, three, four results over the last couple of weeks.

"They did a job on Rob (Apter). All-round there was not enough to break them down."
