Salop head to the capital unbeaten in their last four League One matches seeking to continue closing the gap to 20th-placed Bristol Rovers.

Orient on the other hand are in fine form. After a challenging start to the season, they are mounting a play-off challenge after winning six of their last seven league matches.

And Wellens is aware of Town's recent turnaround in results and says his side will need to be 'sharp' to get the better of them.

"They are unbeaten in four," he said. "There are a couple of draws in there.

"They are very resilient, they get bodies behind the ball and they defend the box very well. We are going to have to be clever, we are going to have to be sharp.

"We are going to have to move the ball at different speeds at different times of the game.

"Listen, I say it every week, every game is difficult. You would have said that Barnsley away was a difficult game, however Burton at home was a more difficult game for us than Barnsley away.

"It is what the day requires and what you need to do on that day. So whatever Shrewsbury bring, whatever problems they cause us or if they try to block us we need to come up with the answer."
