The midfielder, who was stripped of the captaincy this season for disciplinary reasons, is keen on a move to Saudi Arabian side Al-Shabab as clubs circle for his signature.

Pereira has said Lemina is ill and will miss the FA Cup clash with Bristol City, and has now called for an immediate decision from the Gabon international on his Wolves future.

“Mario is in a position that now he's sick," Pereira said.

“I need to understand really if he wants to stay, or if he wants to go, because when you are in the middle of the bridge, it's a big problem.

“I deal with this kind of situation a lot of times, and we need to to decide and he needs to decide.

“The club needs to decide if he stays here because he has the quality to help the team.
