Wolves' defeat at Chelsea was the poorest they have played since Vitor Pereira came through the door.

I was really disappointed with the performance. Wolves just did not get going in the match. It is a difficult task to go to Chelsea and to try and get a result as they have such a talented squad. They had pressure on them as well with their recent form.

I felt that the way Wolves play and the way they set up could have caused them problems, but unfortunately, it was the same old issues that led to them conceding goals.

The manner in which Wolves went behind was so frustrating, and the reaction, ultimately, was not good enough.

They started the game slow and deep, and they were unable to get the ball forward at all. Chelsea got the lead.

Again, the second phase of a set piece has been a big problem for them. The ball comes back in, and Tosin Adarabioyo finds himself in the box, on his own, with the Wolves backline not getting out quick enough.

When the ball gets cleared, you have to work so hard to get out as quickly as possible to prevent those situations from happening. Failure to do that proved costly.
