The 21-year-old Northern Ireland international has penned a four-and-a-half year deal at The Hawthorns - after Albion fought off reported interest from the likes of Rangers to land the midfielder's signature.
Price was linked with Albion back in the summer but they remained interest in the midfielder and were able to get their man.
The young midfielder is Albion's first signing of the window and arrives after featuring 49 times for Liege during a season and a half in the Belgian Super League.
He came through the ranks at Everton and went on to make his Premier League debut at the end of the 2021/22 season.
The following summer Price made the decision to leave Goodison Park and head for Belgium, and he has become a key player for his club as well as his country.
After rising through the ranks the midfielder was handed his senior bow and in October made headlines by becoming the youngest player to score a hat-trick for his country for 134 years.
He netted a treble in the 5-0 Nations League win over Bulgaria, which earned him a number of plaudits from his manager.
Back in October, Northern Ireland boss Michael O'Neil pointed towards Price's 'high quality', that he has shown over a sustained period with the national team.
O'Neil also explained that Price has a number of different elements to his game, which has seen him play in a different position for his club to what he plays for his country.
He said: "It’s five goals he has scored against good opposition,” he said.
“I think Isaac is still probably finding his position a bit at club level – he plays in a slightly different position and there are things in his game he knows he needs to improve, but he has real high quality and has demonstrated that over the period we have had him in the team."
