The club are targeting a midfielder and another defender, as an addition to their earlier signing of Emmanuel Agbadou.
But with limited room for manoeuvre in their Premier League registered squad, Wolves may have to balance the side before the transfer window closes on February 3.
Tommy Doyle has been linked with a move away, while Boubacar Traore is still working his way back from a knee injury.
"I can only speak about it if someone comes," Pereira said when asked if a midfielder could depart as well as Mario Lemina.
"If someone comes, I can look at what we have and be honest with the players.
