The Portuguese has been in charge in the West Midlands for 40 days with mixed levels of success.
The 56-year-old agreed an 18-month contract at Molineux, and was announced as Gary O'Neil's successor on December 19.
Since then he has taken charge of eight matches, seven in the Premier League, and a 2-1 win at Bristol City to secure passage to the next round of the FA Cup.

He was announced as Wolves' new head coach on the Thursday and having only been in the job for two full days he was thrust into action in a huge relegation six-pointer at the King Power Stadium against Leicester.
