With four consecutive defeats, the immediate new manager bounce has faded and Wolves are in a scrap.

Their Premier League status is at risk as they continue to navigate a tricky set of fixtures.

Attacking switch

For much of the season, scoring goals has not been a problem.

But with just one scored in the last four matches, it is a growing concern for supporters.

The defence has also been a issue all season. Wolves have one of the worst defensive records in the league after conceding 52 goals in 23 Premier League games and that must improve if they are to survive.

However, one switch could help at both ends of the pitch and get the team back on track.

Rayan Ait-Nouri is a fantastic talent but, clearly, not a natural defender. He is slow to close down the opposition, not the most eager to get back into position and consistently fails to stop crosses.

His best work is done going forward and, despite some previous success from left-wing-back, he has been anonymous in recent games.
