Blues host Wolves on October 31, with the return fixture at Molineux on March 12.
The festive season sees them travel to Sheffield Wednesday on Boxing Day before hosting MK Dons on December 28. A home game with Brentford then awaits on January 2.
Rowett's men have their final home game against Middlesbrough on April 30 before rounding off the season with a trip to Cardiff, on May 7.
