Winner of Market Drayton's replay with Haughmond faces trip to Mickleover in FA Cup
The winner of Market Drayton’s Shropshire derby with Haughmond will travel to Mickleover Sports in Derbyshire in the first qualifying round of the FA Cup.
Market Drayton host Haughmond in their preliminary round replay next Tuesday, September 4, after a 1-1 draw between the two sides last weekend.
The winner faces a tough trip to Derbyshire to face Northern Premier League side Mickleover on Saturday, September 8.
Market Drayton haven’t reached the second qualifying round since 2010/11 but West Midlands Premier side Haughmond reached that stage two years ago when they forced Boston United to a replay.
Each winning club of the first round qualifying receives £6,000 from the FA prize fund.
