Douglas Luiz helps Brazil into Copa final
Douglas Luiz helped Brazil into the final of the Copa America – where he could come up against his Villa team-mate Emiliano Martinez.
Brazil overcame Peru 1-0 in the semi-finals thanks to a strike by Lucas Paqueta after 35 minutes.
Luiz was brought on as a second-half substitute as the Brazilians hung on to claim a place in the final, which kicks off in the early hours of Sunday morning.
He could come up against Villa team-mate Martinez, whose Argentina side were taking on Colombia in the other semi-finals in the early hours of this morning.
