Telford went down 2-0 at home to non-League giants Luton Town last night but Sinton felt concentration and sharpness was the only real difference between the sides. And he is willing to risk losing some of his large part-time squad by demanding even more hard graft on the training ground in order to ensure they measure up to their full-time rivals. "We've played eight games now and I've seen nothing that will scare or frighten me, but we have got to be fitter – people let runners go last night and that sort of thing costs you," said Sinton.

"We can only do so much work, but we are going to do more to address it.
"We're doing three sessions a week but sometimes the full quota of players is not there – that will change.
"I'm mindful that people have day jobs to do as well, but we train at an hour so people can get away from work.
"I know what we have to do and we are going to start doing it – if that means losing one or two players along the way, then so be it."
Sinton insisted there were plenty of positives to take from last night's defeat, which was inflicted upon them by two Amari Morgan-Smith goals.
Telford have eight points from eight games and currently sit 17th in the 24-team division, but their manager feels they are making progress.
"This time last year we would probably have been sitting here with five or six wins from eight games," he said.
"That's the gulf between the two divisions. Teams are well prepared, they are given nutrition and weight plans etc.
"We are doing everything we can just to keep our heads above water – last year we were doing everything to steal a march."
