Frustrated AFC Telford United are hopeful of organising a midweek friendly in a bid to build-up match fitness as they enter a crucial stage of the season.
The Bucks, who have not played since January 28, saw their Blue Square Bet Premier clash with Kettering called off last weekend, following the postponement of the Forest Green Rovers game a week earlier.
And manager Andy Sinton is keen to give his players some game time ahead of this weekend's vital home clash with Braintree Town, the first of nine games in seven weeks.
"We have a couple of clubs showing interest in playing a game tomorrow night and so hopefully we'll get one organised but there is nothing confirmed as yet," said the Telford chief.
"With the weather we haven't been able to get out on grass at all until probably today so that is frustrating. We want to try and get a game sorted, to give squad players the chance to get some minutes under their belt and get the players' match-sharpness back."
The Bucks boss signed wingers Jonathan Brown and David McDermott and striker Ryan Brooke below the transfer window closed– all of whom have yet to pull on an AFC Telford United shirt.
Sinton added: "The break has given the new boys a chance to bed in but the most important thing is that we get them playing games.
"Some of the injured boys like Adam Proudlock have been able to get a bit closer to fitness without missing any games but it is always frustrating not to be playing.
"Hopefully the worst of the weather is behind us now and we will be able to get a good week on the training ground and get back in action on Saturday."
Meanwhile a new date for the trip to Kettering game has yet to be announced.
