Former Wolves striker James Spray has today joined AFC Telford United on a one-year deal.

The 20-year old frontman, who has become Andy Sinton's fifth summer signing, earned himself a deal after impressing during his time on trial with The Bucks in pre-season.

Spray was released from his Molineux contract in the Summer, having made his debut for the club at 19.

He also had a short spell on loan at Accrington Stanley before joining The Bucks.

Spray joins Luke Hubbins, Michael Briscoe, Jake Reid and Kieron St. Aimie as new arrivals at The New Bucks Head in the pre-season, although

Sinton also has a verbal agreement with former Stourport winger Jon Brown who will also be on board for the season.

Spray is expected to be involved this evening when Birmingham City visit New Bucks Head for the last of eight pre-season games organised by Telford ahead of the new season. Sinton is expected to name an unchanged squad from the one which went down 2-0 at home to Wolves on Friday, which saw Spray start on the bench.

Bucks fans are also expected to get a second chance to see new signing Kieron St Aimee, who signed for the Shropshire club last week.

The Blues, who will be managed by former Telford hero Richard Beale, are likely to name a development line up for tonight's game, which kicks off at 7.45pm

Admission will be £8 adults, £5 Concessions and £2 U14s. Bucks adult season ticket holders can gain admission for £5 on production of their 2012/13 season ticket card.

Tonight's game is the last before the start of the new Blue Square Bet Premier season which kicks-off on Saturday with a trip to Barrow.

The Bucks have agreed a new three-year sponsorship deal with local firm Budget Gas.

The company, which has had two large boards at the ground for several years, will be the main sponsors of the Frank Nagington stand, which will be renamed the Budget Gas Frank Nagington Stand.
