The Bucks looked to be in with a decent chance of snapping that record after a solid first-half showing.

But they were punished for an error-strewn second half as goals from Scott Rendell, Kevin Betsy and Guiseppe Sole proved decisive.

Woking striker Yemi Odubade had the game's first chance, drawing a decent save from Freddy Hall from a Scott Rendell flick on seven minutes in.

At the other end Wolves loanee Bradley Reid, who was making his Bucks debut, drew a solid save from Jake Cole with a decent low drive.

John Goddard should have at least hit the target for the visitors following a winding run into the box, but could only shoot wide on 20 minutes.

But Reid should also have done better on the half hour mark when a defensive error let him in on goal only to fire straight at Cole.

Telford top scorer Tony Gray showed good technique to volley a few yards wide from a deflected Sean Clancy cross just before half time.

But like much of the attacking play from both sides in a tepid first half, the execution was just wide of the mark.

Unfortunately for Telford Scott Rendell's 47th minute penalty was bang on target after Godfrey Poku was judged to have brought down John Goddard in the area.

The decision looked a little soft at first glance, but the Woking top-scorer gave Hall no chance from the spot.

Woking should have then doubled their lead on two occasions after some calamitous defending by the hosts.

Hall did well to quickly block Odubade's close range effort following a very poor back pass by Telford full-back Mike Grogan.

And then Ian Sharps did superbly to block the same player's goalbound effort after Rod McDonald had slipped on the edge of the box.

McDonald made amends for that error two minutes later though when he headed home the equaliser from a Sean Clancy corner-kick on 64 minutes.

From their both sides pushed hard for a winner and it was Woking that got one 10 minutes from time.

Kevin Betsy fired home after an error by McDonald allowed the Cards to spring a quick counter attack.

Mike Grogan had the ball in the net for Telford two minutes later but his effort was chalked off for offside.

And substitute Guiseppe Sole wrapped up the victory for the visitors four minutes from time with a calm finish from a one-on-one position.

The defeat coupled with wins for Alfreton and Southport mean the Bucks are now 14 points from safety with eight matches to play.
