Danny Reynolds wants to be the boy for Telford
AFC Telford United youngster Danny Reynolds is eager to force his way into the side's starting line-up and insists he is learning all the time.
The 19-year-old winger joined the Bucks in the summer after leaving Wrexham and has made 18 appearances this season – 15 as a substitute.
He was set to be involved as Telford were at Kidderminster Harriers in the FA Trophy first round today.
"No-one wants to be on the bench so hopefully I can force my way into the team," said Reynolds.
"Sometimes you have to take a step back though and realise there are some good players here to learn from – the likes of Josh Wilson, Dave Hibbert and Bradley Reid who has come in."
Although he is not making regular starts, Reynolds is grateful to pick up things on the training pitch from the players around him who have a lot of experience in the National League North.
He added: "I am only 19. I am obviously frustrated that I am not playing every minute of every game but maybe this is my learning season and next season I can really start to show what I am capable of week in, week out
