AFC Telford bring in Joe Murphy as secretary
AFC Telford United have brought in Worcester City football secretary and director Joe Murphy, following his resignation from the Midland Premier side.
Worcester confirmed the move in a club statement, published on their website.
"Worcester City Football Club wish to announce the resignation of Mr Joe Murphy as football secretary and director." read the statement.
"Joe will be sorely missed and the club are naturally extremely grateful for the exceptional work he has carried out on behalf of the club with what is an onerous, detailed and technical role within any organisation.
"Joe will be joining AFC Telford United."
Former secretary and general manager at AFC Telford, Sharon Bowyer, left the New Bucks Head in May after more than a decade in service.
