Rob Edwards left frustrated at AFC Telford defending following defeat
Frustrated boss Rob Edwards hit out at AFC Telford's set-piece defending as their unbeaten run came to an end at Gainsborough Trinity.
The Bucks were beaten for the first time in six games as they slipped to a 3-2 National North defeat.
Edwards's men were 2-1 up but saw their lead slip away on a night when they also had centre-half Ross White sent off.
"A corner, long throw and a free-kick has cost us and we've got to learn from it quickly," he said.
"Those things are bread and butter, things that we know are going to happen and we talk about all the time.
"If we don't do those things right then the rest doesn't matter, despite our good play at times.
"We've had a good run and we've got to pick ourselves up."
Edwards was unsure whether White's red card was deserved, but thought his side could still have got something out the game.
"I think he's got the ball but I'll have a look at it back," he added.
"Even with 10 men I thought we dominated the game and were the better team."
And Edwards revealed forward John Mardsen is facing a spell out with an ankle problem.
He said: "There's no break but there's some significant ligament damage. I think he could be out for a number of weeks."
