The deadline for early bird season tickets for 2018/19 passed on Thursday, prior to their 3-2 win against Spennymoor Town.

Interim chairman Andy Pryce has thanked those of the Bucks faithful who have taken up the early bird option.

"We are really pleased with the support our fans have shown with taking up the ‘Early Bird’ season ticket offer," said Pryce.

"Over the coming weeks we will be confirming the full season ticket prices. Again I would like to thank our fans and season tickets holders for their continued support."

Meanwhile, Telford boss Rob Edwards is delighted they got the monkey off their back as their triumph over Spennymoor was the first time, in the league, the Bucks have come from behind to win this term.

They were hoping to show similar resilience against Chorley today.

"It's a big thing. We hadn't done it since Droylsden (in the FA Trophy), and we hadn't done it in the league," said Edwards.

"It was really important, a timely game to do it in.

"There was lots of stuff that pleased me and if we hadn't got the third and it was 2-2, I would have still been happy.

"It was great to have won the game, but the performance is everything. You've got to work incredibly hard to stay in the team, and work incredibly hard to get into it.

"If we keep that work rate and that commitment, that fight, we'll be OK."
