Former AFC Telford defender Curtis Tilt being chased by Ipswich
Paul Hurst's Ipswich Town are leading the race to sign former AFC Telford United star Curtis Tilt.
The ex-Salop boss is a big admirer of the 26-year-old centre-half and the Tractor Boys have reportedly tabled a bid, with Reading, QPR and Portsmouth interested in the Blackpool man too.
Tilt spent the majority of the 2015/16 campaign with the Bucks, playing 31 games in National League North.
Meanwhile, fellow former Telford ace Jamie Vermiglio has been named Chorley chief after Matt Jansen’s resignation.
