Russell Slade and Hereford part ways
Hereford first-team manager Russell Slade has left the club by mutual consent.
The decision was made after ‘lengthy discussions’ between Slade and the National League North club’s chairman Andrew Graham.
“Unfortunately the existing business commitments of Russell Slade do not meet with the current demands of this Football Club,” Graham said.
“We appreciate that Russell inherited an extremely difficult situation, but we find ourselves in a tough position at this moment in time and we as a board need to act in the best interests of the club.
“I’d like to thank Russell for his hard work during his time at Edgar Street and wish him well for the future.”
The club has confirmed that an interim coach and supporting staff will be appointed as soon as possible.
The Bulls entertain Curzon Ashton on Saturday in their next fixture.
“I would urge fans to rally behind the players and turn out in their numbers this weekend as we look for a return to a consistent run of positive results,” Graham added.
