Brown went down clutching his knee in the 73rd minute, following an attempted cross, and was replaced by Omar Beckles.

Hurst and physio Chris Skitt are unsure of the extent of the injury at the moment, but are worried.

"It's something with his knee. Junior is quite loose in all of his joints anyway so it's difficult for Chris to give a definite assessment at this time," said Hurst.

"I'm pretty sure we will be going down the route of a scan before we can determine exactly what it is.

"I do fear the worst, hopefully I am wrong and it's just something that he has caught somehow.

"He is not one to miss training, to miss games - we have our fingers crossed for Junior."
