Shrewsbury Town holding a pitch inspection
Shrewsbury Town are holding a pitch inspection tomorrow morning to determine whether their League One clash with Peterborough United can go ahead.
The Montgomery Waters Meadow surface will be assessed at 9.30am.
Many fixtures across the country have already been postponed because of snow and sub-zero temperatures.
If the game is called off, it would be the second Salop home game in a row to fall foul to the weather – after their Checkatrade Trophy semi-final against Yeovil Town was called off this past Tuesday.
That match is now set to take place next Tuesday (kick-off 7.45pm).
Meanwhile, Town's league game at Bradford City has been moved to Thursday, April 12 (kick-off 7.45pm) as it will be broadcast live on Sky Sports.
It was originally due to take place at Valley Parade on Saturday, April 14 (kick-off 3pm).
